Managing Time & Priorities聽is a participant-oriented workshop that includes group interaction, small group discussions and action-planning feedback, based on the聽Time Mastery Profile庐,聽so that you walk away with your own plan for managing your time and priorities聽more effectively. The workshop will address the challenges of managing time, analyze how much time is truly available, tackle聽goals in order to prioritize time management聽skill development and individual action planning, and introduce delegation as a time management tool.
