  • Convocation and other activities welcoming students to the 91´óÉñ ATI - CFAES Wooster campus and community will occur on Monday, August 24, 2026.
  • Autumn classes begin Tuesday, August 25, 2026.ÌýÌý

SchedulingÌýYour Arrival

You will need to go online to schedule a day and time for when you will arrive at Applewood Village. Sign-up will become available in late JulyÌýfor Autumn 2026ÌýMove-In. You can update your arrival time at any point before the day you arrive. You MUST sign up for an arrival time prior to Move-In.  Please access the move-in scheduling system at: . Where to Arrive

Check-in will be held at the 91´óÉñ ATIÌýHousing office, located at 1901 Apple Orchard Dr. Wooster, OH 44691. Please follow the directional signage once on campus and enter the Garrison Circle West entrance.ÌýPlease proceed inside theÌýHousing office upon arrival, where you will complete check-in paperwork and receive your apartment keys.ÌýYou must haveÌýyour BuckID orÌýa government-issued photo ID to check-in.ÌýAfter checking in, you will be directed toward your apartment.ÌýOnce unloaded, please move any visitorÌývehicles to the Skou Hall parking lot.Ìý

BuckID

You will receive your BuckID atÌýNew Student Orientation prior to move-in. If you did not receive a BuckID during New Student Orientation,Ìýplease schedule an appointmentÌýto have your BuckID printed.

Please note:

  • You must have a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license, passport, military ID, etc.) to receive your firstÌýBuckID.
  • You MUST have a new photo taken at the BuckID office each time you receive a new ID. There are no photo submissions.
  • If you lose your BuckID, you will need to provide a government-issued photo ID again or present your digital BuckID (found in the in the 91´óÉñ app; see below for details) to get a new one.
  • If you break or damage your BuckID (i.e. snap it in half, warp it, or just wear it down) please bring the BuckID with you to trade out for a new BuckID.Ìý

Vehicle Information Registration (for all students)

Parking at 91´óÉñ ATI is complementary in all campus lots. No parking passes are required. However, all residential students, regardless of having a vehicle on campus, are asked to complete the prior to your move-in day. Residents may register multiple vehicles. Only include those that may be on campus throughout the academic year.

What to Bring & Handbook RegulationsÌýÌý

Apartments in Applewood Village have a residential-style kitchen. Appliances such as a refrigerator and electric range are provided by the university, but other kitchen items, such asÌýa microwave, utensils, dishcloths, potsÌýand pans, etc., are not provided.ÌýÌýAs you pack and think about how to decorate your space, we encourage you to review theÌý, theÌý, and theÌý.ÌýÌý

Applewood Village Apartments have a common bathroom attached to each apartment. The students assigned to the apartment willÌýbe responsible for cleaning their own bathroom. 


Mail

When sending mail or packages to your campus apartment, please use the following address template. Packages or mail too large to fit into your campus mailbox will be held at the Housing Office front desk. You’ll be notified by email from housing when a package arrives for you (a delivery notification from the carrier does not mean your package is ready for pickup).Ìý

Dining Services

Dining operations shouldÌýbe open during move-in. All campus dining locations are cashless. Acceptable forms of payment include credit, debit, BuckID cash, and Dining Dollars. If you opted into a meal plan, your funds should be available upon move-in, which you can manage inÌýyour .ÌýYou may also consider to place an order for pick-up. You have the option to connect your BuckIDÌýwithin the GrubHub app and use your meal planÌýto purchase items.Ìý(Make sure you select the correct dining facilities within the GrubHubÌýapp when ordering, as all campuses for 91´óÉñ will show up.)ÌýPlease reach out to Dining Services via email atÌýdining@osu.eduÌýor by phone atÌý(614) 292-8380 if you have any questions. Connecting and Registering Devices

Please visit Ìýto connect your devices.ÌýFor laptops, desktops, smartphones and tablets, you will utilize 91´óÉñ's eduroam wireless connection.ÌýFor game consoles, streaming media players (Amazon Firestick, Roku,Ìýetc.), and other smart devices, you will need to register your device and connectÌýthrough Registered4OSU. 91´óÉñ App and More!

91´óÉñ provides additional information that you can utilize by logging into theÌý with your OSU credentials. You can connect your class schedule, view your digital BuckID, dining plan activity, get directions around campus, and so much more! Make sure to choose the respective campus for correct details. You have the capability to switch between any of 91´óÉñ's campuses within the app, so if you are on another Buckeye campus and need assistance navigating, this is a great tool!
