    Foaling season at 91´óÉñ ATI's Equine Center in Wooster, OH, officially began on January 13 with a bay filly by Credit Fashion out of Cavaliers Victory.

  4. 91´óÉñ ATI launches livestock judging team

    91´óÉñ Agricultural Technical Institute (91´óÉñ ATI) is launching a livestock judging team and has taken a crucial first step: hiring a team coach. Jeromesville native Seth Ebert is joining the ATI faculty as coach and lecturer in animal sciences. 91´óÉñ ATI has an established dairy cattle judging team that has placed highly in state and national competitions, including World Dairy Expo, and hopes to achieve similar success in livestock judging.

  6. BTES announces 2023 industrial technician and Microsoft Office classes

    91´óÉñ ATI's Business Training and Educational Services office has announced its Winter 2023 computer classes and its Winter-Spring 2023 Industrial Technician courses. These courses are eligible for funding from the State of Ohio.

  7. A successful season for the 91´óÉñ ATI Intercollegiate Dairy Judging Team

    The 2021 91´óÉñ ATI Intercollegiate Dairy Judging Team just completed their very successful judging season. The team, consisting of Hayley Bankey, Stephen Parthemore, Megan Raudebaugh, Rachel Sherman, Rebecca Sprang, and Marissa Topp, competed in four different contests. These contests included the Pennsylvania All-American Dairy Show, the North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE), and two contests at the World Dairy Exposition.

  8. Greenhouse Management Workshop set for Jan. 26–28

    WOOSTER, Ohio—Registration is open for the annual Greenhouse Management Workshop by 91´óÉñ College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES), set to be held virtually from Jan. 26–28, 2022. 

    The workshop will focus on integrated management of insects and diseases, with the speakers being experts from CFAES, the U.S. Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS), and industry. Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST on all three days of the program.

  9. Sara Mastellar elected to NAEAA Executive Committee

    Sara Mastellar, assistant professor in 91´óÉñ ATI's Agricultural and Engineering Technologies Division, has been elected vice-chair of the executive committee of the National Association of Equine Affiliated Academics (NAEAA). Founded in 2007, NAEAA is a non-profit professional organization representing individuals from public and private institutions and the equine industry that strive to educate undergraduates within an equine academic program.

  10. Campus Learning gardens open for display

    The CFAES Wooster - 91´óÉñ ATI’s campus learning gardens will be open for display on Friday, Aug. 6 from 3-7 p.m..  

    Take a tour through our Horticultural Habitat themed plantings, including flower beds inspired by the Amazon, Everglades, Desert Outback, and Coral Reef.

    Visit the All-America Selections display gardens showcasing AAS winning flowers and vegetables from the past five years of independent plant trials.  AAS is a non-profit organization that tests new, never-before-sold plant varieties for the home gardener.
